Operator-Translator

Necessary requirements:

age 18-30;
experience in this area is welcome;
good English;
high speed of typing;
creativity and developed imagination;
initiative.

Duties:

clent to model text translation;
keeping the flow of a conversation between the model and the client going (has to be approved by the model);
overall chat management.

Work conditions:

being in the same room with the model;
individual computer.

Payment of wages:

The first work shift is in a test mode, it will be paid with a fixed wage/in a fixed wage form. Starting from the second shift, all the money earned by translator and a model together is split in half between them.
We understand that sometimes making big money right away is hard, therefore you will be paid an amount of at least 1’000 rubles per shift during the first week. If you earn more, the Studio will pay the ammount you earned.
Payment is made in rubles at the dollar rate.

The money earned by a model, who works with a translator is usually impressivly bigger rather than the money earned by a model working alone. We pick models with good looks and poor English in order to make the pairing effective and profitable.

Paymens are made once a week. You may be paid daily, upon the end of your work shift during the first week of work.

Prevention of COVID-19

We care about the health of our employees and take measures for virus safety of our Studio’s Staff: the premises are cleaned once a day, the employees are provided with an individual keyboard and a mouse kits, as well as free face masks, gloves and disinfectants.
